It is the policy of the courts in California to make orders regarding custody and visitation that are in the “best interests” of the child.
Move-Aways
Sometimes one parent wants to move away with his/her child or children. If that happens, courts are required to conduct an in-depth analysis
Limited Scope Representation
We will provide legal services for specific issues in your case while you handle the other aspects.
Child Support
If you have children with your soon-to-be ex-spouse, then someone is going to be paying child support.
Spousal Support

Property Division
California is a community property state, which means that all property obtained during marriage is presumed to be owned 50/50 by each spouse.
